NUEVA LEY DE ALQUILERES. AJUSTE DEL PRECIO

EL ALQUILER SE AJUSTARÁ UNA VEZ AL AÑO MEDIANTE UN ÍNDICE QUE CONTEMPLA EL SALARIO Y LA INFLACIÓN.

La ley N° 26.994 sancionada por el Congreso Nacional establece que el precio del alquiler tiene que ser un valor único, por períodos mensuales, y solo con ajustes anuales.
